What to Know Before You Sign
Payment is due on the 1st of each month. The first month is prorated, plus next month in advance, plus a deposit.
30 days' written notice is required to cancel.
Late fee: $45 if payment isn't received within 5 days of the due date.
Returned payment fee: $20.
5+ days late: after notice by email and on your windshield, transient rates may apply, and your vehicle may be held under our garage lien with a wheel lock or moved to another of our locations.
15+ days late: your deposit may be applied to the balance, and you must replace it within 5 days.
30+ days unpaid: your vehicle goes into dead storage at $45 per day.
Key cards and decals: you're responsible for keeping them secure; $35 replacement fee.
The garage is unheated. This is a license to park only, not a bailment.
